l have took my time thinking about what I wanted to write in my review considering Affordable Air. In August we had new air conditioner unit, duck work, additional air intake and vent’s done. The crew: polite, friendly and respectful. I wish I could remember every single person name who did the work. Danny the lead installer took his time explaining things to us which we deeply appreciated. Rick who has a “Buddy Holly” vibe followed through on everything we discussed prior to the job. And let me say we all know things always don’t go as plan but it’s “rare” when you find a company who keeps to their word and wants you as a happy customer. To the owner of Affordable Air, we are probably not your average customer lol but thank you for making the whole experience a positive one. The unit is going strong and we love the flow of air we feel, we feel it in rooms that had no movement of air before. Will we do business with you again, YES! Would we recommend you to others, YES! Please don’t stop making customers happy going that extra mile! And please continue to make exceptions for people who full time with limited availability! Thank you!

The prices were very reasonable, and they offered a variety of options to fit my budget without compromising on quality. The technicians Omar, Oscar and Jorge, were punctual and worked efficiently, ensuring that the installation was completed on time. They also took the time to explain how to operate the new system and provided useful maintenance tips.

My experience working with Affordable to replace my 25+ year old system with the state-of-the-art Lennox heatpump system was phenomenal. The folks at this company have the utmost professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. From start to finish, I could tell that Danny, Matt, Oscar, Jonathan, and Omar really cared about their work and spent a lot of effort doing things the right way. In the beginning, they immediately recognized that my existing line set was too small in diameter and pushed to get a larger diameter one installed, even though it caused them way more work than expected. Towards the end, they recognized that the line to the thermostat needed a fifth wire for the heatstrips, and did the extra work necessary to route it through the attic.

Danny was impressive, especially his extensive hands-on knowledge of the craft and the way he led the team to be efficient and safe. With the heat and tedious fine work that was necessary to get the new lineset installed, it would have been very easy for individual team members to cut corners and slap something together. However, I could tell that he was constantly monitoring everything going on and ensuring that work was continuing correctly, even though it added a few more hours to their Saturday. Additionally, he was never rushed at the end of the job and did a diligent job getting measurements and ensuring that everything was done properly.

Matt was always very professional and took the time to explain things when I had questions. Even when he was baking in the hot sun, he was very courteous and let me observe because I was curious. Oscar, Jonathan, and Omar were polite the whole time and were very proactive in getting the necessary work done before it was asked of them. I could tell that they were very careful; the airbox in the garage was fixed up and sealed really nicely, the return was insulated really well and the air handler was assembled with great care. I was also extremely grateful that the team laid down a canvas inside the house and cleaned up inside the garage when they were done.

This has been by far the best experience I've had with any company I've had work on my house, and I'm very happy that I shopped around extensively and decided to go with Affordable. Adrien did an awesome job answering my questions and helping me choose a system. I received quotes from all the HVAC companies in this area (All Heart, Arctic Air, Rowland Air), and even got quotes from Lowes, Home Depot, and others. I was at first a little suspicious about Affordable's low quote but ultimately my experience communicating with Adrien and seeing how hard the team performed reassured me. My system has been working great. This company is truly an asset to the AV!

Our heating wasn’t pushing out the heat like it used to. Called affordable air and heating and Anthony came out the next day and gave us a quote and was very informative and helpful.
Danny,Eddie, and Oscar came to install our new heater, they were all very professional and courteous. They made sure every thing was clean and back to normal upon leaving.
Danny was able to answer any questions and concerns I had. Definitely will be calling them with any of our heating and air needs.

Affordable air fixed my heater same day. I called first thing in the morning and got an appointment same day. I actually got a call asking if my technician could come early before scheduled time of appointment. Jeremee Eiser was very knowledgeable and explained the issue to me. He was able to fix my heater within the hour. Very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend, great service.

I cannot say enough nice things about Affordable Air!

I bought a bank "renovated" house with a new furnace and AC, which seemed great. However, the ducts were a mess and started coming loose, blowing insulation into the house. The guest bathroom felt like a fridge while the bedrooms were saunas and my electric bill was over $500!!!

From my first phone call Affordable Air provided exceptional customer service. They thoroughly inspected the system, gave me estimates with options depending on how much I wanted to spend now vs saving some improvements for later. Once I decided what to get done they promptly scheduled a day for the work to be done. On the day the showed up on time with a full crew and were done completely replacing my ducts and vents in just a few hours. They were respectful to my property and took such care with the vents they didn't even need touchup painting! With similar weather and much more comfortable temperatures inside, my electric bill was cut in half thanks to the well planned ductwork and carefully balanced dampers.

A huge thanks to Omar, Jonathan, Jorge, Oscar, Bryan, Mike, Kenny, Gabriel and their courteous office staff. I'll be going back to them for all my future HVAC needs and recommending them every chance I get!

wow !! amazing buisness..... had my complete hvac and water heater replaced... Gabriel, Omar, Bryan, mike, Oscar, and Danny were all very knowledgeable, professional and worked great together as a team... affordable air can be very proud to have these guys working with them.

BEWARE!
Theses guys came out to check out my heater. First the guy was very rude with my wife. He look at my unit and said "oh it's old so it's no good." Without doing anything to it but just by looking at it and then started writing up an estimate for a replacement. ($6,000!!) Then he took out some kind of testing equipment and said "oh see it's leaking carbon monoxide" and turned it off quickly. So I went ahead bought the gas valve ($300 vs $6,000) and with the help of YouTube installed it myself. Called the gas company to lite the pilot and do a safety check for any kind of leaks and the gas company said everything thing was good no gas leaks no carbon monoxide. Now I already knew it was the gas valve because prior I had the gas company come out to do a safety check and they showed me that the valve had a gas leak and needed to be replaced. These guys showed to me that they are untrustworthy and are just salesmen instead of repairmen.
