My experience with the Alturas DMV was superior. I'm 75yrs old and ask my daughter to go with me to help me register my new truck. Casey Scott was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and helpful. She took so much stress off my shoulders. I had to return the next day because the dealership paperwork hadn't arrived yet. Another lady helped us finish the paperwork. She was also very helpful and kind. Comparing passed experiences with other DMV's, Alturas is the best.

The rudest service ever!!! I'm pretty sure it's their job to help us with DMV paper work and the things we might need to register our vehicles. I'm also pretty sure that throwing a tantrum is not part of the job description. She was the most unprofessional person I have seen. Throwing paperclips and her stapler. Our tax dollars at its finest.
