Excellent customer service and quality. I used 3M window film based upon the proven reliability, and unfortunately when there was an issue with the film 7 YEARS later, both 3M and SolarArt stood by their lifetime warranty and were super quick to replace the defective tint. I kept my original invoice and lifetime warranty serial number, which likely made it a 5 minute effort. SolarArt saw my pictures, gave me a phone number to call at 3M. I was on hold at 3M less than a minute, provided my warranty serial number and then I was all set. SolarArt came out the same week!

GREAT company and perfect installation! We have a house that gets a lot of sun, and we have 30-year-old windows with no protection. Until we save up for new windows, we went with Solar Art for film, getting the Ultra View 15. This may be too dark for some (yet it is not the darkest they offer), but it was perfect for our house since we have over 35 windows. We still get plenty of light, and the film has already made a huge impact on how cool our house stays. You can tell the difference just by walking past a window with film vs one of the windows that we chose not to cover.

But, most importantly, you are probably reading this not because you want to learn how well window films work, but because you are trying to find the best installation company. We contacted several, and Solar Art appeared to be the best. And the final outcome was beyond expectations. The communication from the company was perfect, they answered all of our questions, came out and gave us a quote for several different films (with samples that they left us), the installers were very professional, and the price was good.

Very friendly and efficient service - everything from scheduling the initial site survey, to getting the quote and scheduling the work went very smoothly and easily. Their prices are fair, and the amount of time to get the work done was excellent. Everyone I worked with from Solar Art was wonderfully professional as well. Our windows are safety tinted and have privacy screens now, so we can open our blinds (1st floor street level condo) and not feel like everyone can see in - so happy we called Solar Art and got this work done.
