unfortunately I do not recommend if you are expecting prompt response or clear communications or high quality embroidery. seems to lack experience. Disappointed in quality of stitching of embroidery. Not well staffed if one person is out who does the ordering don’t expected any one else in shop to order. Good guys but seem to lack urgency to complete job. expect 48 hour or more email response. gave them several chances to by my vendor of choice to support local business pure disappointment.
