I reached out to Angie on Facebook after seeing her name pop up on a post ( a bunch of times) where someone asked for a good Realtor in El Dorado County. As soon as we talked on the phone I knew she was a person I would feel comfortable working with. She was so friendly and always around for any questions I had. She gave us her honest opinions (especially when I wanted to buy the first house we looked at that was way over budget and she was like I’m not going to let you do that lol) and I appreciated that so much. She ended up finding us an off market house that was on the exact street we wanted and in the price range we were comfortable at. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to work with us on buying our first home.

We cannot recommend Angie Carocci highly enough. It must be said our house sold within a day of being listed with ACRE. Her knowledge of the local market and her ability to establish a sale price in line with RE / Lender appraisers was spot on. She is responsive, personable, professional and efficient. We contacted Angie and began the sell of our home. She was such a delight to work with making the whole process easy.
