Beware. I tried to work with this agency but communication, responsiveness, completion of projects is terrible. Emails go unanswered, work that was promised is either late or never delivered. I understand small business dynamics, but communication is key and AOpr falls very short

Response to owner:
I see that this is the best way to reach you... Amore, the last message you sent on 10/17 following our meeting states that you would update the brand piece as discussed and send the playbook to us. I emailed you on 10/19, 10/27, and 11/1 and there was no response (all emails are attached). Neither Ms. Harris nor I have received the playbook. Your "records" are wrong. Rather than reply to this why not just resend the work you claim you completed and emailed? Maybe you thought you sent it, but the email is still in your drafts again? It's laughable that you will take the time to reply to a Google review to save face but not to client emails or produce the work you promised. Additionally, we rescheduled once due to work conflicts but other than that there was no timeline to adhere to as the work never started. You charged us $2000, presented (and never sent) an unfinished product, and disappeared except but to reply to this review.

2024 update: Nearly two years have passed and there’s been no reply. We were never contacted by customer service nor did we receive the work we paid for.
