Worthless! I've been going with this temp agency a long time before it became ascend even before it was jumpstart staffing with great results. Unfortunately now that they are ascend they are as i said worthless. I applied for a job through them called back everyday for a week and kept getting told to call back tomorrow, so i called back for another week this time every other day with the same result. I finally got tired of it and stopped calling, and never heard anything from them. Every time i call to ask a question about a job i get told to come to their office yet when i get there i get told to call us tomorrow. This place is joke and not the funny kind

Horribly unprofessional staff. I arrived 10 minutes early for a scheduled interview and saw they were on lunch (no big deal) then only 10 minutes after they were suppose to come back and I was scheduled for an interview did they arrive. Then I sat in the waiting area, and after not being spoken to after 10 minutes (20 minutes after the scheduled time at this point), I decided to leave.

I love this place because I can walk in any day of the week and have a selection of jobs that start next day! They have a vast selection of jobs available to suit just about every education and experience level!
Both companies that I have been placed with as a temp through this company have hired me on permanently!
The staff there are great, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they have your back as long as you show up to work on time and dont call out!
I recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a job immediately, and also willing to work hard to keep their job!

Sandra was the most warm hearted and amazing person when I came in looking for help to Find a job she didn't act put off or that I was just another person .You could tell she really cared about the people that came into her center . Elyse from Ascend called me to schedule an interview. I arrived a few minutes early to find the receptionist visiting with a random guy in the lobby. She did not make any effort to greet me, shake my hand, or inquire why I was in the lobby. I finally introduced myself and told her I was there for an interview. She then asked me for my phone number, punched it in the computer, looked at me and stated “the position was filled yesterday”. I asked her if she had considered calling me to let me know? She went on to say “I have a lot of people to call”. I cordially thanked her for her time and left. Super unprofessional! Don’t waste your time.
