I would like to give thank you to the sales person that assisted me yesterday. Didn’t know his name, but he exchanged a USB cable to my iPhone for my car. I had bought a new cable, about 2 weeks ago, but I believe it was defective. He exchanged it for me. Now is working. Thank you brother. 👍👍

This store is ran by a bunch of little immature boys that mess around all day long. I try to avoid this store at all cost but it's the closest one to me. Immediately when I got in they were all in a group being loud and did not greet me. I awkwardly walked around until one of them started approaching me and spoke very unprofessional. I have been with At&t for years now and it's very upsetting that they are not upholding their standards and just letting a bunch of children working there who clearly seem like they do not care about their jobs. I ended up just leaving because I know the standard for At&t and this was not it. I will now be driving over 30 minutes to go to a different location this was my last time here. So utterly disappointed and dissatisfied.

I had to stop in here to get my Samsung Galaxy phone serviced. This office is an authorized Assurion Insurance repair facility. I needed both front and rear glass replacement on my phone. The tech was able to do it in about an hour. Very good service and knowledgeable technician.

This is the worst store ever if i have negative 10 stars i would still give it. I have four lines with them and i have been with them for years, and one guy in the store named Edgar, sold a phone to unauthorized user in my account, this shows my personal information is not safe with att and they will do whatever to skill authentication and sell a phone. Unbelievable
