Strongly recommend!!! Courses in AIC all take place under the guidance of an experienced tutor. All tutors have good patience to assist students, especially Vivian. She always provides high-quality workshops and helps me pass the NAATI certificate with highly responsibilities.

AIC is a great college! Before I enrolled in my NAATI course, I had several trial classes in other colleges or institutes. Finally, I chose AIC! The translating trainers are so friendly, caring, professional and responsible. The staff at reception are also very patient and always can solve my problems.

5 stars to the Academic Manager Vivian Chen. I finished my translation course more than a year ago and I still receive reminders regarding transition to a new Certification etc. through email. She even replied my email regarding that matter in a really detailed manner. How sweet is that you still receive quality service after that long. They don't take your money and simply forget about you. 100% 5 stars.

I requested an release letter to study higher education and they demanded $500 to release me otherwise then can't approve.
So I wanted to talk to the academic manager/ principal to discuss the matter but they didn't even consider to meet me in person and the email response was "still need to pay $500 for release letter and this the our college policy"
I wasn't trying to against the policy (I 100% understand every institution has their own policies)and just wanted to discuss the payment options or other courses with academic manager but they didn't even try to listen to me
I am leaving a feedback here so they can improve the student care service in future.
BTW if you don't want to do the assignment yourself then this is good college as they do tutorial service which will let you pass all assignments as long as you pay $250.
