Ability to understand the processes on their own POS is lacking, and manager-level customer service is too. Bring batteries elsewhere.

We exchanged a battery and brought in 3 extra batteries to return that we wanted applied to the purchase of the new battery. We were told to do the return of the extras after the battery exchange in a separate transaction, which we assumed we would get cash for. We ended up being given store merchandise credit. This is not what we wanted, we wanted to apply the $30 for those batteries to the new battery purchase.

We asked them to fix this retroactively and we were told that was an unreasonable request. We now have $30 in store merchandise credit that we will not use and was specifically not what we asked for when we initiated the transaction. Manager was also rude about their own mistake.

Really helpful with testing my battery and alternator, as well as getting a new battery swapped out. Everything was explained great, clear pricing, good inventory to choose from, and awesome customer service. Def coming here again for any auto needs. Make sure such a great employee gets some days off for powder days! 10/10.

I stopped by yesterday to purchase a new car battery for my Lexus GX and the associate changed out the battery and recycled my old one for free! I bought a new, 3-year warranty battery for $209 and I was quoted $350 to change out the battery at a nearby auto shop. The associate was very friendly and helpful and he helped find a couple other items I was looking for. Overall it was a great experience and got my car running again.

Unbelievably unprofessional "manager", left me on hold for over 5 minutes as a punishment for asking a warranty question. When I called right back she answered and was sure to let me know numerous times "I'm good". Next level unprofessional and totally lacking empathy for her customers.

Went in to get a bulb for my car. The only one they had was $176.00 (2 pack). Went over to Walmart - they had halogens for $27. And LEDs for $99. Way overpriced. For everyday items - go somewhere with better pricing.

I came in to get some oil and brake pads and while i was waiting in line a old lady employee i believe orvie was her name that i heard from a employee. but during my time i seen she was disrespectful to the individuals who only spoke spanish she didn’t even give them a try all she did was get annoyed and kept asking them english. As they left because there was no one i heard her say to an employee near by saying “ if there in america why don’t they speak English “ “ i hate when they come in because they expect me to know “ it was very racist and i will be going to the autozone on 120th instead of here. She should be fired and the sad part was she didnt try. At least at my work of place i at least try my hardest to help them in anyway absolutely disgusting of her.
