No frills local business providing a great and solid service. They know exactly what they're doing and the products are reliably what is requested. Prices are competitive with what's available online, but I've found working with a human that you can meet with face to face with this type product reduces any potential problems. Also, we all love supporting local businesses!

After reading the reviews I expected amazing service and at least a decent overall experience, especially since I had an extremely simple work order.

I walked in and the woman at the front came out and said “what do you need?” I explained a simple two word engraving, and she acted like I was inconvenience personified. She sighed a bunch and I had to prompt her on everything (price, how long would it take, etc.)

She said it’d take a while because they were backed up, and said it’d be ready around Monday. I gave her my number. Monday rolls around and no call, so I call and ask if it’s ready, and she says “Oh yeah, it’s ready.”

Complete lack of courtesy, manners, and made me feel like an unwanted customer. I’d never go here again and hope my review stands out as a caution among the strange rave reviews for a store that serves up average work and extremely subpar customer service.

This place is amazing! I came here last Christmas season to get some custom wood engravings done. I showed up Thursday afternoon with my wood pieces and pictures hoping to get them done by the next day (horrible planning on my part). To my amazement, they took my job and had everything done right when I needed it. The quality of work was outstanding and the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for any high quality custom engravings you want done quickly at a great price.

Wonderful customer service! Everything was done as requested and on time. The shop was extremely busy but Shirley (and another lady whose name I didn't catch) were very efficient at getting each person's order taken and filled. I had a pretty large order and everything was perfect!!
