We worked with another large agency in the city. We weren't getting the desired results and we were paying an exorbitant amount in retainer fees. As soon as we switched over to Balla Media within a couple of months we were getting more sales leads, better service and a more efficient ad spend which saved us money.

Dealing with Rob was a real pleasure. He seems to have a knack for this stuff and instinctively knows the problems your business is having long before you have a chance to list them all off for him.

Our site had almost no visitors and would rarely come up on the search engines. This is what he told us before I had a chance to bring it up myself during our initial meeting. He was right of course. Before hiring Balla Media our site was a lost cause. Since we had nothing to lose we decided to give Rob a chance.

Since then, our site does much better on Google and actually comes up. Additionally, we are getting more inquires from potential clients. I also enjoy seeing the billboards Balla Media designed for us on city streets and hearing the name of my business mentioned on the radio.

Our business is starting to do better. Balla Media's work ethic and it's modest size is a good fit for local area businesses.
