The staff was very helpful in selecting the right product and demonstrated excellent knowledge about all of their garments. My order was small, but I appreciated that they archive your files so you can easily place another order later. The turnaround time was very fast! Couldn't be more thankful for the people have Big Frog. They have done a handful of projects for our business, but last week they saved the day with a last minute soccer project. I went in as soon as they opened and their day was very busy. Even with a busy long day, they got my project done by the end of the day. I was so grateful, because another printer let me down. They are very nice and helpful in both the production and front of the house.

The shirts and sweaters look absolutely amazing but I have not washed the items yet so I'm not willing to say 10 till I see how they hold up. The employees were very attentive to getting us to our goal product and I appreciate their patience when we were still going through the design phase. Understandably, there was a hiccup during delivery that could have been avoided if we could have picked up the items at the store front, so as a reminder to everyone please account for that sort of thing to happening your timeline.
