I had a demonstration of their product in my office and told them that I am not interested. But after a few weeks I started getting bills for the product and monthly service. I called the office few times but I was told that billing department is unavailable and someone will call me. After a few days Ishita called me and acknowledged that no product was delivered and I should not be billed but I am still getting the bills after few months. I will advise everyone to be very careful in dealing with this company.
I want to post the follow up on my review. Mr Wong contacted me and apologized for the mistake and took care of all the invoices. He assured me that the measures have been taken to prevent this kind of mistakes in future. I wish them all the best in future.
