Customer service is phenomenal. When our former website host somehow managed to delete our website for non-payment (even though they haven't been our host in years), also shutting down our company's email in the process, Ben at Brevity jumped into action--even though it was well after 8:00pm--and worked at it for 2 hours, going above and beyond even the services they usually provide us, and dealing with customer service at the old company in order to get our website and email restored. I was at a loss for where to begin, and Ben just took care of it. We are thankful and impressed.

I've worked with Brevity on several projects and they make web projects so much easier. As someone who runs an agency finding a partner for these type of projects has always been hard.
