I found this place through google, I met Gilberto the owner, very nice and helpful. I showed him the logo that I needed to be made. He showed me couple options and prices, after agreeing on the price and style he promised to have the sign in a week or before. I paid in full the same day $1300 and he changed the due day to 3/4 days. After a week of waiting Gilberto never called or informed me that the sign was still not done, I had to call and ask. He promised next week for sure because he was busy , I took his word again and waited until the next week for the sign. Sure enough he didn’t call or text, I had to follow up with a call to find out why is was taking so long. After having a conversation with him
Over the phone he promised again to have it done by Tuesday morning, soon as I hung up the phone, he texted me asking me for the logo design, although I already had showed him , and had sent him the link twice for the logo.

Wednesday came and the sign wasn’t ready , I called again and he promised to have it done tomorrow morning “Thursday” . The following day he did deliver the sign and I wasn’t there to check his work. I told him to just leave inside the warehouse. After coming back to the shop I checked the sign and a lot of imperfections, I really didn’t care as much because I needed to get the sign up and functioning properly.

After checking his work throughly I found more errors, I decided to call him and let him know about the issues. The outline of the design was crooked and the line thickness wasn’t the same width and put together on sections. The inside of the box was left with debris and left over metal parts from his work. The paint from the laminate box looked like it was painted last minute and uneven layers, and self-tap screws were coming out.

He promised again to fix it for me on Friday morning, and was very sorry about the situation and that he “didn’t “ notice about those errors.

I waited all day for him to show up, around 1:30pm, I decided to call him and asked if he was still coming, he said he just had gotten back from Delano from another job, but yet he never communicate that with me.

At that point I was just done with his excuses and decided to tell him he didn’t have to fix it anymore.

I wouldn’t recommend this business. I had a bad experience. I know not one is perfect but he promised a lot of things and none of them were delivered as he promised. Very unprofessional and the work was not worth the price that I paid for.
