As a licensed realtor that tours homes each day It’s clear that Butler Developments builds the most stunning homes unlike any other, the quality and style is unique in each detail. It’s modern art! Like everyone else I can’t wait to see what he builds next.

Gorgeous homes with that WOW factor! As a real estate professional I have worked with Butler Developments on many occasions and have viewed many of their homes in Torreon, Sierra Pines, Mountain Gate, Pinetop and Lakeside. Dusty and his Team are enthusiastic about building fantastic homes for their clients. I would recommend them to any client looking to build in the White Mountains.

As a lender doing construction loans, I have found Butler Developments to be very easy to work with. Well organized, efficient, on budget and on schedule! The borrowers love him and get a well built home!

Amazing contractor to work with, and a builder who’s attention to detail is next level. As a subcontractor we spend time in new homes everyday and I can’t wait to have Butler Developments build my next home. Nothing like their homes on the mountain!

The worse decision of our lives! Do not hire this company! The owner will NOT answer your phone calls or do what he agreed to do. We wanted cathedral ceilings and got 8 ft flat ceilings. Our house was supposed to be finished in October & they didnt even get started till November! They failed the foundation & beam inspections twice and we never seen or heatd from the owner Dustin Butler except when he wanted more money!! Worse experience of our lives and we spent our life savings on building our dream hom e & instead got a nightmare we cant wake up from!

We were so very pleased with the workmanship and the service we received from Dusty Butler and his entire staff. In a day and age of shoddy work and poor customer service it’s so refreshing to know that businesses still operate with integrity and professionalism. I can’t thank them enough, as we just couldn’t be more pleased. Definitely THE BEST. Mr and Mrs S. Dooley
