As a multi-brand restaurant marketer that has used Chatmeter and enjoyed the way it streamlined my workflow. I am sorely disappointed in how your manage your clients. It's lack of transparency and dedicated client support to tuck away an auto renewal of a third year off the main contract and in a terms and services link that lives online is poor customer relations at best, and downright unrespectable as a brand at worst. The competition is to high for this to be a sustainable model of client retention. 👎

Our experience with Chatmeter has been wonderful. We love all of the features that allows us to manage reviews and content across all socials and search engines for 44 brands.
