Close Up Apparel is amazing! I emailed several local companies with some questions about ordering custom face masks. Close Up Apparel responded to me right away! Not only did they respond first, they also offered to bring over some samples to my office so I could make the a best decision for our company. They even printed our business logo on one of them!
Once I placed the order (at a VERY affordable price), my order was delivered to my office within two days! The gentleman that I worked with, Justin, was absolutely wonderful. The customer service here is above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company, and I plan to order more items from them in the future! Thank you Close Up Apparel!

I had ordered a customized shirt for my son's birthday through Etsy but the seller's machine wasn't working so they couldn't make it for me. I ordered the design I wanted and was desperate for someone to print it for me. Todd and his team came through for me on super short notice! They went above and beyond to communicate with me, ensure the shirt and print was top quality, and offered to get the shirt to me before my son's birthday if I wasn't able to make it in during business hours. I am so impressed with the service from Todd and team, and so thrilled that they were able to pull through for my son's birthday! Thank you!!!

I am so pleased with this company and an employee named Todd. Most companies will not embroider one article of clothing. My boyfriend who is a combat Marine veteran has a favorite hat and won’t part with it. I found the exact same hat but it didn’t have the embroidery on it so I called and spoke with Todd and he agreed to do it. He said anything for a fellow veteran. It turned out awesome and my boyfriend wears it everywhere. Thank you all!
