We recently paid for vehicle decals, but unfortunately, we did not receive what we paid for. A red flag appeared when we were offered a "discount" for making an immediate payment with a Visa card. We invested several thousand dollars, excited by the recommendations we received. While we faced a few challenges with the company along the way, we remained patient.

We eventually received the door decals, but we never got the large decal we truly wanted. After multiple unanswered emails and phone calls, we decided to visit in person. While the staff were friendly, they failed to follow up on their promises.

Additionally, the decals have bubbles, which have not been addressed, and one of the signs on the back of our truck is crooked. I would have appreciated a resolution, but no one has responded.

I called to get a quote for a sign and he told me he could do it no problem. He told me to email him the wording I want on the sign. I did so and never heard back. It has been over a month and a half. Poor way to do business. I will be going elsewhere. The previous owner was awesome. This new owner has ruined the business.

Update: I just received an email from Scott the owner asking me to remove my review. He said he didnt believe it as accurate. He stated that he found my email in his junk email box. A month later and only after my review? I dont think so. I will not remove it, it is accurate. I had also given Scott all my info on our first call, I told him i would send the email that day. I went to another business and they called me right back and within 30 min I had two proofs to choose from. They were also 1/2 the price and better materials than coastline told me they would use.

Owner is a cheat and a weasel. Do not buy your signage from this man. You can purchase online for much cheaper and probably just as quick. Otherwise; if you want to buy local; try Phoenix Signs or Image Signs.
