I love going to this store because of the ease of parking, the cleanliness of the store and the helpful staff.
I had an issue with a perishable product that I purchased yesterday and needed to return/exchange it. I, like many, don't keep receipts for small supermarket purchases, anyway, I rang and explained my situation to Hannah who was very obliging and helpful and said to bring the product back. I attended the store and was assisted by Ali who was also helpful and friendly. She sorted out my issue after I was able to locate my transaction (with her help) on my mobile phone. The whole situation was well handled with a minimum of fuss and a smile.

Tourist passing through the area and stopped in here. Plenty of parking available. Store layout clean and organised. Heaps of sale items available and a great range. Got everything I needed.

I bought a chicken at Coles today, $13 that I really couldn't afford for a horrible dried up chicken devoid of the least tenderness.
A Liydale chicken whose free-range experience must have been spent in a desert such was the aridness of it's flesh.
This was a chicken ? that had the last laugh at my stomach's expense, Coles should be attaching an 'eat at your own peril' warning to it's desiccated poultry.

This new store is great. There was plenty of vegetarian options as promised. There is even a scoop and weigh dog treat station. Our dog gives that a big woof. He really loved the treats we bought him. I liked to see that they sold local cakes and chocolate and also the mochi station was a nice surprise. And so was the coffee station!

Never has anything in stock. Hasn’t had sparkling mineral water for literally months, just empty shelves every single day. There doesn’t seem to be any way to address this. Coles get your act together, this is so poor.

ETA it’s been several weeks. The mineral water remains but a dream. Multiple conversations where I asked for help with staff ended with the advice that there is no was of proving store feedback to Coles. Only
Google review. Coles this is absolutely rubbish. I just walked out with nothing bc I refuse to shop here anymore. There’s not only a problem that is getting ignored, but there is actually no way to ask to get it fixed.

Wide range of products and brands. We went there to do our shopping for the week. Surprised thay they have ran out of eggs on a monday evening. Otherwise very good supermarket and friendly staff.

The newley refurbished Coles local in St Kilda is a much more improved than previously. It's det out very nice so you can wander through the Isles feeling like you're not cramped. It has a fresh produce section, meat section, frozen section and all the essentials you would ever want. Also has a coffee machine and a pineapple peeler / juicer. Eexcellent service, polite stsff. Has the quick self checkouts.

Fresh food, innovative format, new range.
This Coles format has gathered a lot of wisdom of many people.
Pineapple peeling machine, machi freezer, live herbs, fresh pet treat !!
And surprisingly the first BBQ Chicken Bun that I’ve ever seen, sounds a bit funny as in 叉鸡包？?
Great effort of product selecting and really appreciate the new range of Asian food and snacks. Hope to get more, as Asian snacks really are the best!!!!
