Incompetent regulatory government establishment and all the employees or who ever run this Establishment get paid by public tax payers money! If you end up going here to conduct business no one will there to Greet you or talk to if you need help there is screen stand with a bar code asking to visit their website and a phone Which will no one answers! It Discourage any business men or women to go here! I wonder why it’s open if they don’t Accept walk in customers? In my opinion it should closed down if they can’t help the customer! It doesn’t make any sense it says it’s open but one is there to help

My car was towed for less than 2 hours in the wrong spot. 385 dollars. I take care of 3 special needs adults and can barely afford to eat. These people are dystopian criminals. This company needs to be tore down. I can wait for the day that the general public reaches their breaking point..

Im trying to get in communication with a PUC I called about 8 times, never answer the phone, email they got back Tuesday to me haven’t had any respond back very disappointing customer service bair minimum don’t help as much as I wish they would. Overall very bad costumer service.

There is a large issue in the state of Colorado and possibly the rest the United States. In the United States it is illegal to have a monopoly the last time that a monopoly was taken down was Mount Bell broken up into AT&T and other telephone companies. And nowadays we have a new Monopoly and there's many many of them this is allowed by the government, these monopolies exist in each County they are the electric companies. Electric companies are owned privately and are the only choice you have for getting electricity or natural gas to your house. Every other service that you required your house trash water phone service, these are all businesses that you have a choice AT&T Verizon multiple trash companies, however if you want to use a different Power Company you do not have a choice. These power companies are wielding their ability to hold you hostage in an unfair and unbusiness oriented light. Every American citizen should have the choice of what kind of power company to use okay she's doing. And each person should have the right to be able to choose through multiple power companies in their area. There are difficult issues in our society such as the Homeless Problem, scams authorized on your phone service, over taxation, unaffordable Healthcare. These are just some of the issues that need to be straightened out in our government but we should start with eliminating all monopolies.

I'd give a minus score if I could. I just received my Xcel bill, which is more than double for this time of year, just before Christmas and the upcoming deep-freeze weather no less. And Xcel has proposed yet another rate increase. Seems the PUC never saw an Xcel rate increase it didn't like.

Who cares about people freezing despite following all of Xcel's faux money-saving ideas such as only using appliances during certain hours? And why should Xcel care, it's a monopoly, leaving people with no where else to go. And who cares how much people are fleeced by an investor-owned company where profit is the motive. Energy firms are making more profits than ever before, while those of us who pay for it are stuck with the bill. Disgusting!

(update ) after years of being overcharged by black hills we gathered evidence of them cheating us. I asked the puc to look into it and offered all my evidence including logging of our electric usage we took independently as well as emails from blackhills validating our position and the puc and blackhills ignored us . We can prove black hills charged us more than they should have knowingly due to their equipment failing and that they averaged our bill without our permission for many years charging us 600 when we only used 300 according to their own meter. Clearly the puc and blackhills collude to cheat consumers and have no intention of resolving conflicts or helping anyone but themselves. Feel free to contact me and I can share with you all the proof we have of this. Why hasn't the PUC ever done anything to lower rates on rate payers ? these folks are lobbyists for the power companies !!

PUC was big help on Google online Business listing allowing Insurance producers to use County Court Houses & Jails addresses online for their benefit. Which is a violation under Colorado provisions of insurance.
