They don’t answer the phone, they don’t reply to email in a timely manner but that is understandable as they are likely very busy.

Years ago I had Chanel Kendall as a defender. She didn't care at all. The DA did a better job of helping me through the case. He actually got the evidence reexamined and told the judge "This does not make sense" The whole system is backwards.

The public defender was trying to make me plead guilty to a case I diddnt commit. Telling me it was a great deal and the best I could get. I refused because I was innocent, and said I was goin to trial. Finaly, the judge simissed my case because the district attorney said they did not have enough evidence. Then stated they only acted the way they did because of the part of town I was living in.

The lawyer that is assigned to you when you are in jail don't come and give you any information on your case. What kind of a lawyer dont come and talk to you. I know there paid by the state but that's no excuse not to talk to your client until court date.
