I have been waiting 5 months for my deck repairs. In meantime I don’t have access to it. Just keep getting runaround from HOA . They have someone come out and the company does one day of work and then I don’t see them for another two or more weeks. Contractor said it is the HOA Holding it up.

First of all, I just want to give a shout out to CAMS - your service and staff are incredible!!! I'd feel the community where we currently purchased our townhouse (Lake Point in Fremont) had made the right choice on selecting the HOA company. We have had experienced with a horrible company where we used to own our condo.
I also want to give a shout out to Lisa Shepherd who is our new manager for our community after Sandi had left the company. At first, I was sad to find out that Sandi had left the company and not knowing how this new replacement will be like. After couple communications with Lisa via e-mail regarding an issue, I'd found out she is just a sweet heart. She is a very caring, professional, friendly, understanding and responsive person. She also has a sympathetic heart towards people. My husband and I feel very grateful to have her as our community manger. We know, she will do a wonderful job for our community. If I could give her more than five stars, I would as she deserved it.
