Wayne Pollock gave me a thoughtful consultation on the pros and cons of taking my employment discrimination case against a very high-profile entity to the media; when it would (or would not) be the most prudent point during the litigation process to do so; and described how he helps clients with media communications even when clients have legal counsel handling the litigation. Although I have not yet retained him because for now I’m waiting before I take my case public, he definitely seems like he’d be the right person to hire if/when I do bring my case to the media.
