I encountered significant challenges with the copy center's services. Following an online order with specified dates and payment, I experienced website difficulties uploading my file, necessitating the use of a Dropbox link. Despite providing my phone number for efficient communication, correspondence was limited to unprofessional emails. On the scheduled pickup day, a conversation with Mr. Babak revealed a lack of professionalism, customer blame, and order delays, without any apology for the inconvenience. I strongly advise against utilizing this company's services.

My dad has been using CopyMax's services for 20+ years, and I have for 10+ to start and support multiple businesses. I have purchased several types/iterations of business cards, signs, vinyl prints, posters, brochures, flyers, and they even wrapped my van at one point. They are currently creating large acrylic signs I designed. I have never found a problem with workmanship, price, or turnaround. Babak, the owner, is very patient with my many emails and questions. This is the only copy/print shop I recommend in North County.

Update: CopyMax finished creating this acrylic sign for my business. Since the start of covid we have seen an increasing number of life sciences client representatives at our location. This sign is on par or better than those you would find at billion dollar pharmaceutical and med device companies.

I drive out of my way to use these guys. Here's why -

1) They do great work. Their stand up banners are works of art - and cost about 1/2 what I would expect to pay for banners of that quality.
2) They are fast and reliable.
3) Their service is personal and wonderful. Babak treats me like a valued customer every time I call.

They did a large complicated order for us for a conference we were putting on and it was done perfectly and at a great price.

This is the second time we have used this printer for printing our program material for our convention. He did a great job with it both times. This time we had several loose flyers that we also needed to be printed. He took the time to help me understand the different weights of paper and what the finished product would be like. We were very please with everything he produced for us. Printing, cutting, folding. All first class work.
