We recently had James and his assistant deliver and install our Auroa Lounge model hot tub in our gazbo. We couldn't be happier with the experience! They put the hot tub exactly where we needed it for ease of access. James explained everything in great detail about the chemicals and how to keep the hot tub clean. He also provided resources to us to access information later if we needed a refresher, which was very helpful.

We did have some experience as we previously owned a hot tub, but James had many tips for caring for our new hot tub.

Additionally, we had a great experience with Brian, our sales representative at the store. His knowledge and friendliness made our purchasing experience very painless. There were no high pressure sales tactics which we really appreciated.

I bought my first hot tub at the garden expo several months ago. I had never purchased anything that expensive on my own before. I have to say I was a little nervous but country homes power was fabulous! They walked me through the whole buying process and sold me a magnificent hot tub. And they came to install it they told me everything I needed to do to maintain it. I am extremely happy with the service I have received so far and look forward to a very pleasant working relationship moving forward with my hot tub.

We recently purchased a hot tub from Brian and we are so happy with it. He was so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. We bought a very discounted floor model and they still threw in all kinds of extras for us. Delivery was easy and they set us up with all of our starter chemicals. The hot tub looks great, is so comfortable and we feel like we got a really good deal. We highly recommend Country Homes and especially Brian if you are in the market for a new spa. We know we will get many years of use out of ours and we are confident that if we ever need help or any kind of service on it that we will be taken care of.

I wish I never came here and heeded the 2 star reviews on Yelp. I bought a new hot tub off the showroom floor that was a closeout model and was reduced price.
The delivery and set up were OK. But they gave me a beat up used vinyl cover. I sent photos of the cover in asking why I was given a torn and stained cover. I was then told I bought a scratch/dent demo model. So I get a scratch and dent cover. I dont see scratches or dents. However, we agreed to split the cost of a new cover, which was an acceptable compromise. They placed the order for a new cover. We picked it up. Put it on the tub, and it opens the wrong way. It is supposed to open on the side with the controls. That is industry standard. They installed my tub so they knew what way it opened and the lift assist was on the opposite side of the controls. I went in to discuss and they said I'm stuck with this cover because it's special order. No refund, even though THEY ordered the cover incorrectly. So far after more than 2 months, they have offered nothing to resolve the situation and refuse to take responsibility.
