What a Team!
I can wax poetic about Rachael & Matt. In fact, I probably will, but before you read the details of why they are so awesome, let me state that we would not be in a house today if it were not for them. If it were not for their no-push, relaxed, patient hand-holding as we looked at house after house after house. Because we didn’t know what we wanted.
Rachael met us at remote houses in deep snow in mid-Winter because we thought we wanted land. With a smile and good humor, she showed us place after place as we trudged through knee-high snow looking at property in our price range. Matt got involved and he even interrupted a workout to meet us at a house I insisted ‘would go fast’ so we had to look ‘right now!’
Rachael and Matt stuck with us as we discovered what our dream house looked like. I am not sure many other agents would have. We never felt pressured. Always, they were attentive to what we liked and what we didn’t like and helped us hone in on houses that were starting to become closer and closer to ‘home.’ What started as kind-of a lark, became wonderment as the possibility of becoming home owners became ever more real.
They are professional, efficient, pleasant, good-natured, knowledgeable, well connected and can absolutely help you find your home whether you have $20,000 to spend or $3 million.
