Great service! I see people complain about poor service, and hardware issues. They’re a small business doing their best servicing a college town and more so give them a break! If you were smart as a person you’d invest in correct personal hardware (modem, and router) because usually providers only have basic equipment from sponsors…. These people were crazy hands on when I had issues at my apartment upon setup. They’re 20x better than any generic provider like Comcast, direct, and whatever. I think DCI is great. I have a line of internet at my mom's in Cheney, my brother has one in Cheney, and my husband and I have one in Medical Lake. We all have the $99/1 gig plan. Anytime I have a question or a concern, I am responded to very quickly. There have been times that autopay didn't go through or the card needed to be changed and I was called and informed of this. Also, picking the right router makes a big difference in the speeds you will get at home. We did a lot of research and picked out inexpensive yet great routers and all get great download speeds.

I have been using this company for internet for over a year now. I’m super happy with the speed and reliability of their service! I have very very rarely had any lags in connection or drops of service, and it’s usually bc of weather. They’re pricey but there aren’t too many options out here in Cheney. I highly recommend them.

Upon moving from Spokane to Medical Lake, I learned that my previous internet service was unavailable. I went through 2 different providers, both of which left me very unsatisfied, Spotty service that was never reliable. I decided to try Davis Communications and I am SO happy with everything about going through this company!! Not only is my internet ALWAYS reliable and fast, but the people there are awesome, friendly, and actual care! They were so good to me when I was running behind on paying, went above and beyond which I appreciate so much!! They exceed all other providers I have tried in every way! Awesome people!!!!

We have had so many issues with Davis. First no one answers the phone, it goes to an answering service during business hours and they tell you that unlessnit is a big outage, noting will be done. We have regular issues with our service going out and our speeds being so low that nothing can be done. We reset the modem like the say and it still doesn't help. I'm tired of paying for service that I don't get. I have screen shots proving I am not getting the service I pay for.

Davis Communications just gave us great customer service after I activated and had to cancel service with a different provider.
--The speed is what was promised.
--The modem was plug and play on an existing cable jack.
--No charge for the upcoming visit to activate the jack in a different room. (So we can hard wire our TV into our network.)

Additionally, I got same-day call back and was able to pick up the equipment in Cheney. The customer service is local and sympathetic, and obviously cares about their customers.

The internet was down when me and my roomate came home. Called them asking to have a service technicians come out to look and was told 10 times it was most likely the motum so come pick out a new one. The motum was fine the issue was not the motum I could tell because it wasn't receiving data from davis. Davis told me and my roomate multiple times there was nothing wrong on their end only to find out after a 20 minute hold that the issue was on their end. The people you communicate with have no understanding of what is happening. They will also comment that my name isint in their buisness but I split the bill. Don't do buisness with them get a reputable isp or you will also face challenges.

Nice people, it’s great you’re putting in fiber but at this point I’m have to get backup internet or full internet elsewhere. Those of us that work from home, cannot work from home when there’s constantly outages during work shift. I’m going to get fired. You can post there’s intermittent outages due to transition but that won’t help me at this point getting paid to support my family as single mom. Here comes Starlink.
