I was recently charged with a crime I didn’t commit and the DAs office did no research whatsoever to see that it’s all ridiculous! There’s no evidence besides inconsistent stories including one where the “victim” threatens to beat me up next time he sees me… I don’t think anyone in there right mind would call someone like that a victim! To make matters worse the DA will not respond to my lawyer at all… I don’t know if these people get paid to ruin lives of good citizens but god bless your soul if you get charged in Denver…

Hertz paid $168 million two customers who we're wrongfully arrested and prosecuted. Some of them by this office. Hertz paid- U-Haul is next. Shame on the DA.

The Denver DA office proved it does not care about potentially losing Officer's lives or them getting injured. I offered information that could have potentially avoided this in exchange for a dismissal or a reduction in the charges being pressed against me and they flat even refused to consider it. So; DPD Officers be advised, the Denver District Attorneys office does not feel your lives are valuable. Remember to thank them next time you see them.

The DA's office lets child abusers off the hook with no consequences of any kind if they are white women. DPS also allows the same white women to stay on the job, working in proximity to other children and their victim.

My boyfriend recently got arrested due to no fault of his own. I was not the one who called the cops. I explained the situation to the female officer, and I talked to the investigator just for the DA Victoria to still pick up the case! I spoke to Victoria but obviously she didn’t care about what I had to say. I the victim am stating what happened but they don’t care, have completely ignored what I have said, and are moving forward with the case against my will. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Don’t trust them. They don’t really care, and are just looking to charge people for no reason!!!!

Only a 2 start rated facility to begin with, they require you to go up to the office every time they have new discovery vs sending it via email. My case was dismissed however they decided they wanted to pursue charges after the judge signed off, sent a warrant for my arrest due to not updating their system. Completely have failed when it comes to doing their job! Not to mention the lady who calls you is absolutely disrespectful.

100% failed to protect my friend and let her abuser that had a history of domestic abuse and FTA's out on a PR bond. Guess what he didn't go to court and it terrifies to think about what will happen next time. Completely dropped the DV without ever even talking to the victim. Picked up on the FTA, charged with 5 violations of a protection order and third degree assault. Sentence 120 days let out on the 58th day. No probation nothing. How can you call this justice?

Under Beth Mccann leadership the DA office, judges are letting people with 2200 pills out on bail, little or no dollars where the criminal never shows up for court. Great reporting by channel 7. Beth is hiding and not responding. under her leadership there are 100 of cases just like this. Come to Denver and be a criminal and have no consequences, is what Mccann and major Hancock promote, at tax payors dollars
