A fantastic public library branch! I have really loved going to Bob Ragland for all of my library needs. RiNo would really be missing an important public space without this branch.

Very nice, modern facility. There are rooms for study upstairs. But the service was not helpful. Knowing what I know as a library grad student, I wasn’t asked questions or informed of the services available. Barely heard I was greeted. A super low “hello.” Overall I don’t feel this is a welcoming library. It is very small so the collection is not large or extensive. I wouldn’t recommend this branch.

This library has beautiful grounds and plenty of modern lounge space, but not a lot of actual books/bookshelves compared to a normal library branch. This is an ideal place for hanging out and community events - i.e. if you’re not there for the books or if you already know what you already want to read and placed a hold. It's not a great place to just walk in with the vague idea of "seeing what's interesting" by browsing the stacks as the collection here is limited and not as varied. Depends on what you're looking for I guess - if you think of a library in terms of comfortable lounge space to spend an afternoon, it's a 5 star place to go. If you prefer a library as a place to discover new books and get lost in the book stacks, order your books ahead because it's not that.

Extremely rude staff that violate their own policies on a daily basis. Will illegally ask you to leave on a whim of their feelings. A complete overhaul of the staff is needed.

Much needed addition to the neighborhood. The one star review for this library makes no sense. Being greeted at a library in a whispered voice seems very on-brand for a library. The same individual also gave 5 stars to a Panera but only 1 star for a local park. Weird. Great library.
