I only visited the computer stations but it was nice and quiet. Their computers worked great. There was some construction going on in front of the building so I don't know what the rest of the other side of the building looks like from the outside. The people were friendly and helpful!

My organization uses this location for our meetings often, it's one of the best. Recently the DPL's online forum changed, and Ian was extremely helpful over the phone. He went above and beyond to help us get the new system sorted out for our company! I am beyond grateful for his time.

Staff was offputting, I had my dog with me so I asked if they could bring the book out to me or if I could just hold him n get my book because I had self checkout open and it was cold they kept telling me I had to call them over and over and even came out just to give me the number to call them. I had to leave my dog for a second outside while I checked out my book quickly with the self checkout, the staff kept glaring at me and I was unconformable.
Everytime I go to this libary they are always staring at me as if I'm going to do something horrendous, I don't know if it has something to do with the way I dress or the fact I'm a tanned person.
I don't think I'll be coming back agian I never have good experiences here

Staff always helpful. Offer FREE printing& fax service most Libraries charge a fee per page. There is a 100 page per day limit on printing but that's a lot of pages for Free! Computers are quick and reliable.
Offer Lysol wipes to clean your computer keyboard and desk for your personal sanitizing.

This library isn't in my neighborhood, but I wish it were. The staff are friendly and helpful and they were so patient helping people figure out how to use tech. I really like the computer room set-up here. I felt welcomed and since the computer room upstairs is nicely laid out I'll be driving here more often to visit.
