Dr. Soliman is amazing! He is very personable, calming, and makes sure to explain everything and check in often throughout the procedure. I had a crown and a wisdom tooth extraction done by him— both were easy with no complications.

Doctors are great, their billing department is horrible. They do not bill insurance appropriately, half of the times they didn't even run costs by them (I learnt through a painful experience), once I asked to be sent a ledger and saw all of the inconsistencies - I could never get ahold of their billing person Veena, I even came in person. I've been chasing them for about 2 months, very unprofessional.

Perhaps the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Being English, my teeth are not their best, but after a repair and a clean, they are looking and feeling better than they have in a long time. The dentist, hygienist, and support staff were very friendly and professional.
Dana, the hygienist, is particularly good, thoroughly explaining her procedures and putting me very much at ease.

After looking for a new dentist and a better experience I found what I wanted. The staff are great. Dr Gong made me feel less nervous and did a great job on the dental work. Dana their dental hygienist did an amazing job during the teeth cleaning and was very friendly. I will be going back to them again very soon.

Feels more like buying a car than going to a medical provider. The dentists are knowledgeable and seem great but their billing department is not transparent and the billing manager belongs at a car dealership. Was told my out of pocket after insurance would be about $2,000. There are no co-pays even near that on my insurance, so I left. I called my insurance to ask about other provider options and they said all should be about the same. When I came back to ask for the paper with the dental codes being used they could not be readily provided or printed out, only presented by the billing manager which should not be the case if they are keeping this in the system. The dentist himself could not even access it even though he tried.

Same experience with my last visit for a cleaning. The hygienist was excellent. The billing manager was unable to give me simple print outs to review, but forces you to sit with her and listen to the sales pitch.
