Don’t even deserve 1 star. The Asian pharmacist is the worst pharmacist I’ve ever seen, not professional at all. One of the other employee in the pharmacy was unable to figure out what was going on with my prescription and I was in a hurry too so I asked the employee if she could call the pharmacist, when she did the pharmacy did nothing but a big “sigh” and approached with a irritated face. Other than that it takes forever to get help with the items that are locked on the shelves.

They should fire right now that Asian - Choa I think, pharmacy, she’s just the worst, rude, mean, treat everyone bad costumers and other employees. I’m glad she had to take her lunch time , 15min before the time that she said (1:30) so I left and I didn’t get my vaccines there. The worst place and the worst person.

Everything is locked up and employees rarely (if ever) respond to the help button. It is absolutely absurd. Any time I need to buy anything, I wait upwards of 5-10 minutes for each item. Today I needed lashes, deodorant, and lotion. I had to wait 6 minutes for each item to be unlocked. This trip could have taken me 2 minutes total, but instead i had to keep standing around and pushing buttons hoping some employee would notice me and decide to help. I feel like they lose more revenue on people getting frustrated and leaving without purchasing anything than they do from theft.

Guerlise is very disrespectful I don’t feel comfortable going to the store if she’s there they way she treat her fellow co workers and the customers very is disturbing today I had a terrible experience untill she leaves me and my family won’t be back and we spend a lot of money here
