Elite Promo, Inc, and especially Gina, knocked our order out of the park. We chose the Marmot Eco Precip jackets for our crew and not only do they look amazing, but they really are great for our rainy mountain climate. Elite Promo went the extra mile in helping us get the right jackets, the right artwork and placement, and the right sizes for our crew. I can't recommend them highly enough. We used Elite Promo Inc. for a global work campaign based in Canada but with merch travelling to the USA, New Zealand, Chile & Trinidad. Working with Gina and Jenny was such a pleasure! They made selecting the merch items and customizing them with our logo & design elements very seamless. I recommend working with them not only for domestic orders but internationally as well. Terrible experience 0/5 recommendation. Made a huge order for our org, sent us about 30% of what we ordered and 70% of 4XL nonsense. Call the support guy, who sounded like he was partying with disco music in the back. Super unfriendly guy that gave us the ultimate run around before finally agreeing to send us the missing gear. Still waiting on all out items to arrive, and it’s late. Again do not recommend ordering through this company. Literally order through anyone else.

I found Elite Promo Inc. online and decided to give them a try. Our company was looking for a particular brand of tumblers and they had them for us. Unfortunately, the tumblers didn't arrive to them under the best conditions, so we had to quickly find something else. I appreciated that Ryan was able to give me a different option as our event date was approaching quickly. The tumblers ended up arriving sooner than I thought and they looked really cool with our logo engraved!! Thank you again!!!
