The room itself was fine, but my main issue was with the employee. I understand it was a challenging room, but some of the steps were confusing. In most escape rooms we've visited, when we ask for a hint, the staff can provide specific guidance since they’ve been monitoring us. However, this time, the employee asked us what we had done and what we were currently working on.

With about 10 minutes left, we knew we wouldn’t escape, so we decided to ask for a hint. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone when we called. When the timer expired, we expected the employee to come in, but she didn’t appear until nearly five minutes later. When she finally entered, she simply said, "Time's up," and escorted us out. She didn’t ask for feedback or thank us; instead, she awkwardly smiled and stared at us, leaving us confused. My family and I exchanged glances and whispered, “Is that it?” Since she didn’t say anything else, we all just walked outside.

Took my 11 year old with her friends for her birthday and it was a lot of fun. They didn’t solve the puzzle-but had a blast! The staff was great and really took care of the girls and made sure they had a great time. Will definitely be coming back with my friends and doing another room.

We had fun in the Time Machine room! Cool room design, with both the decorations and puzzles being awesome. It was a great way to spend an evening with family while visiting from out-of-town.

Great escape rooms and even greater game masters! We've done all of their rooms except one so far and we did them all with only 2 people. They are challenging and fun - probably having more than 2 people would be more helpful for their harder rooms 🙂

Da Vinci Workshop was a blast and you can tell the hostess really is passionate and loves her job! She was wonderful and it contributed to a really great time. We will be back for Time Machine soon!!! First time to Escape Out and it was the best escape room we’ve enjoyed yet!

No wasted time signing waivers, just get in and have fun. We did da Vinci's Workshop it was a well thought out and interesting puzzle. There were 8 of us and no one was bored.

Came in to try out and have some fun since it was raining outside. The front worker was awesome and came out in character and costume to explain the game and give the directions which was awesome. The room was big and had a lot of different clues so with the group of six it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. It was a fun game room. We had to use the phone to get clues which was a little disappointing since only that person could hear the help instead of everyone being able to hear the helpful hints. Luckily we had people that were able to reiterate the clues.

I made a reservation for the wrong day accidentally. Because it was my birthday, they figured out a way to still get my group into an escape room. They were great! And it was so fun.
