Our Alabama firm needed some subpoenas served in Virginia so I sent an email to Erik to inquire about his service and rates. My email was sent after 5:00 p.m. his time but I still received a response same-day. We engaged him to handle service for us and he went above and beyond by notifying us when he anticipated there being an issue with one of our subpoenas. With his guidance and expertise, we were able to track down the correct agency information and get a new subpoena issued. We will definitely use Executive Investigation again for any of our future process service needs in Virginia.

I have nothing to say except fantastic. Erik was amazing. He listened to my concerns, addressed them with professionalism, gave me options and handle it with such class and panache. From start to finish Erik has been the most easiest person to work with! I needed someone served in another state, found EIC and reached out. I was met with nothing but professionalism. This was a hard serve and our guy avoided for months but Erik never gave up and went above and beyond to get our guy served. I needed someone to be located in a time sensitive matter and served with court documents. I contacted Erik and within 36 hrs. that individual had been located and served. I can’t say enough about the amazingly positive experience I had with Erik and his associate (I believe his name was Robert) Thank you for your hard work and diligence. If I need any assistance in the future EIC will be my first call.
Side note: I reached out to another PI several months ago, never received the information I needed, and paid twice as much.
