We utilized FastSigns for a work event and they lived up to their name! I even forgot to attach my design, and sent it on a Monday after realizing, telling them I needed it by Saturday, and I had it by Thursday! Nice people and great quality work.

Rob in Federal Way fixed and re- hung graphics that another Fast Sign location fully botched! Although it seemed s little expensive, and there was a small delay in communication, he did a great job and delivered as promised from the beginning. Ultimately i was happy with the end result.

Very happy with my table runner. Jason at this store was phenomenal making sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it to be and even gave me a few things to think about down the road. They have always done a good job on interior signage, but this was more of a challenge because was exterior. The sign was installed but then part of it fell off and had to be reinstalled. They did the follow through and fixed it.

Absolutely the worst place to conduct business with. Ordered a decal in thursday by rep a, with a promise for proof same night, nothing was received. Being in the area Friday I swing by to check and approve proof, no order was processed from Thursday so we had to start again, which is ok mistakes happen. 2nd order gets proofed with a tentative finish by Tuesday night Wednesday morning. I reach out, no response, call - no response, finally get email for a finish date for Wednesday. It is now Friday, I go back to check as calls are not being answered, emails are not being replied to, rep tells my order hasn’t event been started and will be done next week. Initial eta was 2-3 days, they take your money and keep pushing back, if I was to wait we would be 7-10 days picking up my order. This place is not fast at all, no professionalism, no courtesy, no communication skills what so ever. Will never do business again. Went a competitor and got decals done in 24 hours.
