Cheri is great to work with! I have a small starter home that I use as a rental. When I tried to rent it out for the first time, the management company I use was having a hard time finding a qualified renter. Cheri suggested a 360 virtual tour to help cast a “wider net” to out-of-state renters by allowing them to digitally walk through the home. She not only did a great job creating the virtual tour, but she even worked with the management company, showing them how to link the tour to the rental listing. After the tour went live, I had a qualified renter from out-of-state within the week!
When my renters moved out, the management company used Cheri’s virtual tour again for the rental listing. Within a couple of weeks, I had, yet another, out-of-state qualified renter for my home! Cheri has done an excellent job taking the 360 tours and still pictures that best represent our cabins and campground.
