This was a great experience. Downtown Denver was really exciting. That free bus for us was fabulous. We were able to see a lot of things & we were able to go to the Amtrak station on this bus. Denver was beautiful.

Great free mall ride!
I enjoy the way the sunlight looks on the interior of the bus as it passes between the shadows of the buildings. Good aesthetic!
The ride is very smooth and the drivers are usually nice, but they have lots of hand rails and some escape hatches on the roof just in case the bus flips, which is a very comforting feature!
The advertisements are usually tasteful and have interesting content to read while you wait for your stop.
Sometimes I’m a little worried I’ll get bedbugs or other critters, but haven’t gotten anything so far! (I think standing helps prevent this).
The doors aren’t squeaky and they don’t play offensive music during the ride.
It would be nice if they offered free WiFi, but maybe they’ll add that soon!

Thanks for the free mall ride, but we try to make it to work at 6:00 am in Downtown on week days of course we are LATE, because you guys start the trip at 6:00, no sense at all. Please try and make it a little earlier. It’s already really hard to lose the light rail drops over the city, but now trying to get 10 blocks for work is really hard when the free mall ride doesn’t start until 6am. Thank you for listening.

Thanks for providing a free ride service, but I do miss the older days of more personalized attention from drivers. However, I understand staying health and not sick is very important. I am hoping when the 16th mall road is completed in 2026 that we can have something better for transport. Maybe a light rail vehicle or trolley which would be more fun and exciting with hop on and off service.

As far as the bus system it runs consistently, the only thing of course it smells of homeless people. Please be careful when getting off the mall ride watch your step as soon as you get off make sure you dont step on human waste.

What can I say when we needed this service the most which was to get to the haunted tour that we were going to we didn’t see a bus rider train for over 30 minutes. The mall ride is supposed to run every 15 minutes. The only thing we saw go up and down on our direction was a fire truck. So we have used it before it was pretty good but there’s a lot of homeless people down there and they’re very annoying they’re taking their clothes off they’re smoking pot it’s a pretty raunchy area if you have to go down there. Some homeless are yelling and screaming obscenities not at the tourist but it each other so you got to be careful

Hurry to get that bus because the driver will leave you standing at the door.
Timing is very irregular and yoi may wind up lost if the bus wanders of the mall like it frequently does.
