If I could give frontier 0 stars that would some up this garbage... 50% of the time i have no internet at all on top of it being VERY SLOW... they sent me 2 range extenders as "a gift to a loyal costumer" but apparently they are $150 each so don't lose one because they demand them back when canceling... hope your company loses everything!!!

My service went out 2.5 days ago. Started in the evening so no big deal. Woke up still out. That afternoon call technical support they stated it was in my home box so made a service ticket for following day after I informed multiple times and the other local provider being down. Was told it had nothing to do with it. After leaving work 6hrs early to be home for the technician I'm notified 3.5hrs after they were supposed to be here it was due to larger outage so no technician will be coming. After calling in to find out why I wasn't notified earlier. They said it was found at midnight last night. They sent a reminder message 8hrs after finding out the outage. Didn't notify me until 15hrs after they found out. So now I'm losing 6hrs pay because they couldn't notify me in a timely manner and their response was oh well 🤷. For such a large company they have the worst customer service only next to at&t

My experience with Frontier Communications was absolutely awful. I strongly advise against engaging with this company.

Their customer service is abysmal. It took them forever to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their representatives were rude and unhelpful. They showed a complete lack of care for resolving my issues.

The quality of their services is extremely poor. I constantly experienced frequent outages of our land line.

On top of that, their pricing is outrageous for the subpar service they provide.

In conclusion, avoid Frontier Communications at all costs. Their terrible customer service, poor service quality, high prices, and complicated processes make them a company to steer clear of.

Frontier's website seems to be good at selling their service, but any webpage that would be of interest to an existing client doesn't work, so they won't tell me whether they have an outage in my area.

Their flakey webpages lead me to believe that they were completely down due to the current solar flair, so I have needlessly been without service for more than a day. The few pages that work won't tell me their customer service number.

Every time this company has changed its name, its service has gotten worse.

The only reason I am even giving 2 stars is because of two employees. Those two employees are the tech that came out to my house, Aiden and someone I spoke to in dispatch Joanne, both amazing. The rest of the interactions I had over the phone were absolutely horrible. Especially with the sales and IT teams. I was hung up on and transferred all around, it was absolutely ridiculous. Truthfully, I would have cancelled my service for the awful customer service, but the two employees mentioned above are the only reason I didn't. Please acknowledge these two for their exceptional service.

Been going nuts for more than a week without internet at the house. I have no TV, my work computer doesn't work, and I'm stuck on 5g on my cell phone, which eats my battery!

Frontier gave pushback on me telling them the actual problem and HAD to schedule a tech instead of checking my port, which is the same issue that happened last year and the year prior around this time. They first scheduled for 18th, then pushed to the 26th, then canceled the appointment to add notes, and first date available when they did that was the 30th!!! Online tech support kept disconnecting before tests had time to be completed, new techs obstinate about sending a tech out instead of having the port looked at to see if it was moved or failed (again).

Tech should have been here between 8-12 this morning. Got up early on my only day off to be ready for them. Appt pushed back several times, first to 1-5 just before the noon cutoff mark, then again to 3:40-8 without telling me. I had to cancel my physical therapy appointment same day, which means I still have to pay for it, I couldn't go to the bank to cash my check, which I need to survive the next week, and now it's 8pm and STILL NO TECH and I told them first thing during every communication that I WORK FROM HOME!

Frontier Communications what do you have to say for this mess? You owe me big for this!

We had frontier for 17 years for phone and internet. Every year they raised the cost while the internet service got worse. After having our internet go out 3 times in one week we said enough. We are done. No more frontier bill - no more calling in for reimbursements.
We now have satellite service and it is great.
