As a SME based in Netherlands I was very excited to work with Fuzia, when I was first introduced to them. They advertised their extensive women talent pool. However the practical experience was a disaster. I worked with 3 young ladies from India who were suppose to be experts in email marketing, the reality was a complete disappointment. Not only were they unprofessional, there were under qualified for the job and some of them had no understanding of what the assignment entailed but still Fuzia/the admin proposed and promoted them as the perfect match. The organization is run very unprofessionally and they have the most unfriendly, unproductive operating procedures.
There was one satisfactory talent I found for web development services, however couldn't continue as one fine day without any notice declared she didn't have time and resource for our assignments. She was in the middle of an assignment, hence kept emailing her but no response - its possible she stopped working for Fuzia.
Do not be fooled by their website testimonials and so called SME interviews published on the site, a service provider that needs to be avoided at all cost. their talent pool is anything but talented.
