Our nursing organization (SNUA) at the UA decided on Garment Graphics based on a recommendation from our marketing director at the College of Nursing. We were looking for a printing company that provided great quality shirts at a reasonable price. Holly was the main coordinator of our order, and she is absolutely amazing with communication and service. She provided many quotes for me and always responded to my many emails. Being the Type A OCD person that I am, I need to have all of my information ready and detailed before relaying it back to my president for approval. Holly accommodated perfectly and aided me along the way. We ordered 3 designs, with different numbers and sizes for each and Garment Graphics did a wonderful job during the whole planning and production process. My president and I met up at the office with Holly to go through fabrics and colors and Holly was amazing at recommending fabrics based on the feeling that we were looking for. Their prices are competitive with other printers, so we gladly proceeded to get our shirts from them. The shirts were done in a timely manner and turned out perfect! There were a few damages on some of the shirts; however, the company caught it before handing them off to us and were able to get them reprinted within a few days. Holly (and Scott) were a pleasure to work with and our organization will continue to go through them.

2023: I just wanted to update my previous years’ post!! Every year Garment Graphics proves to exceed our expectations. This year we held 4 National Level Tennis Tournaments! Holly recommended we do something different this year and with the cooler weather our engraved blankets were a huge success! They turned out amazing. Not only did the players love them, but the parents were thrilled to borrow them when their kids were playing their matches. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Garment Graphics. Thank you again for making our events a success!

Our highest Level 1 Tournament also received matching sweatshirts with engraving on the front and down the sleeve! They turned out awesome. And the coaches received matching engraved baseball hats so they could easily be spotted by the players!

I am posting the review on behalf of my employer, Carpet One. We have ordered custom shirts for our installation team at least three times over the past year, if not more. We have been so happy with the service provided by the team at Garment Graphics. The ordering process down to the billing process has been seamless. Our orders are processed quickly, and they have always been able to keep up with quick turn around times when needed. The printing quality is really good and our installers have reported that the shirts hold up well with all the work they do in them. The delivery service is great. We highly recommend Garment Graphics services; you won't be disappointed. I have worked mostly with Brandi Kissel and she has always been quick to respond to questions and communicates when necessary throughout the process.

Garment Graphics and Promotional Products has ALWAYS provided us with a great select of products and amazing customer service! Any time we have questions with orders or just need guidance with processing payments, the customer service representatives have been friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
We once had an issue with an order that was not sent to the design team and we were expecting delivery the following week. The customer service & design team worked together to get an expedited design approval, the shirts immediately sent on to the production team and shipped to us in time for our event!!
