Where many ceo's in this space will scream at customers and hurl obscenities', Ed along with the staff at Genius Software are mild mannered, kind and eager to find software solutions for your everyday business problems. I have been a user of his flagship software Genius Messenger CRM since it inception. This one solution has single handedly allowed me never lose a lead on facebook, increase my conversion rates on messenger marketing and automate a big part of our daily outreach. You can't go wrong with Ed and the gang. I'd give 20 stars if they had that option.
