I GOT MAGNETS! I highly recommend @gotprint for your printing needs. I got these 2 large magnets and a split one for my back doors for $250. My prints were ready for pick up 2 days later at the burbank location with free shipping there. The staff was super friendly, and one of the workers carried out my order to the van. He even took my trash for me after I put up my magnets. I couldn't have had a better experience.

I am a graphic designer, and so far, have had great interactions with GotPrint. Their quality on the banners has been excellent. I have already recommended them to others, and plan to continue to use them for, if not all, most of my print projects. (The only thing that I might have against them is that their app doesn’t keep me signed in. But, that is a small thing.)

I realized last week that the printed materials had an error, so I placed a reorder. Even though I anticipated that the order might not arrive by the due date, I explained to the representative how urgent our situation was. I believe she did her best to follow up on the issue.

**WARNING:** Refrain from utilizing this service due to the high likelihood of order mishaps, refusal to rectify errors, and the absence of a refund. Despite their negligence, they offer a credit for the same service, which fails to address the root cause of my dissatisfaction. This lack of accountability and their refusal to compensate me for their shortcomings make it unlikely that I will patronize their services again. Consequently, I am compelled to pursue legal action and retain a lawyer to seek justice. Given the potential financial loss of $80, it is prudent to seek alternative service providers that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide reliable service.

Customer service is TERRIBLE! When we ordered an acrylic print, we asked for the holes to be drilled so that we could hang it with the silver stand off mounts. We also selected to have this option under the accessories section but the system glitched and reverted back to "No Accessories" chosen. We didn't realize this until we got the item. We asked them if they sold the accessories separately but all they said was "we do not sell accessories separately." and didn't allow us to respond back. So we sent in another help ticket explaining our situation deeper and the response we got was "This was no system glitch for this order no accessories were ordered." So in an attempt to put this to rest and just get a size for mounts so that we can hang our acrylic sign, we asked them if they could tell us the size of the stand off hanging mounts and all they said was "Unfortunately we do not have that information." How do you not have that information You sell this item. Why wouldn't they ask someone deeper in production for this information? And they DO NOT let you respond to help tickets. By far this is the worst customer service experienced. You should work with the customer more especially when they are not asking you to send them an item for free. We were simply asking what the size of the mounts were so that we can order them ourselves. Now we have to go on a wild goose chase and order several size mounts to see which one fits!

Update 12/26 - BUYER BEWARE- RISKY- I just spent the $100 they refunded me for a total of $120 to ship the job back. Post- Christmas, my non profit reviewed the colors and decided that the envelopes cannot be used due to the color differentiation in the logo. So- I sent them back for half the cost of the job to get $40 more refunded. We lost $120.00 in this job due to return shipping. Their policies are RISKY for the consumer.

Due to these inconveniences and money lost, I will never work with them again and neither should you. I know we all look for good deals in printing but basic customer service and appreciation would be ideal, especially during this season and for a non profit. Never again. I'd rather pay more to be treated fairly, as we do to our customers.

My original complaint on Christmas Eve: I want a full refund. I lost money on a terrible print job. I am tired of dealing with this. I had to call 4-6x and submit complaints repeatedly until they actually *considered* giving me a $100 refund vs a credit which I will never use. They stated they could give me a full refund if I *send 2500 envelopes back from the East Coast to California*on my shipping expense.

The colors clearly did not match the proof- see close up pic. There was an issue with Pantone which I sure would've liked to know about beforehand since the artwork I gave them was literally *EXACTLY* the same artwork we used on a previous order which came out fine.

I basically had to beg for a refund and they refused to do a reprint. Every time I called a customer service rep acted like they heard me and then within 5 min push an auto button for an email reply saying they could only do a $100 credit.

On my fourth call in one day and complaint submission they decided to do a $100 refund only.

I now have to find someone competent who can print my envelopes and spend $200 more dollars to complete the job.
