We're redoing our porch/deck and needed some wood balusters (railings) with a special design. So I looked for a good CNC guy and found Graphics MFG. I sent over the design file and sent some 4x8 plywood sheets to Adam. He got it, understood what I needed, and turned it around fast. I am a business owner over at Speed and Style barber Co. I have been doing a lot of research and have had a few consultations with other graphic design companies. I would provide images and sizes that they requested and every time they would blow my images up, they looked very pixilated. I was extremely displeased! I finally came across Graphics MFG, by word of mouth and to contact Adam. He ran through the process and steps on how he blew up images and how the machinery he used worked. He was very knowledgeable and kept in close contact with me on his progress. I just received the images and I am beyond blown away! All my images were sized to fit my walls at my barber shop and they all came out clean and crisp! I wish I came here my first time around. I needed a cherry picker to put a new lanyard on my flagpole. I called Adam and made a reservation for him to help me thread the lanyard from the top to the bottom of that pole. This was to be done on Wed. of next week. My lanyard arrived early from Amazon so I started working on it and figured out how to do it without the extended platform.
I called Adam, explained the situation and canceled the picker. I felt bad that he went through all that trouble to make an appointment and then I canceled. I offered to pay him for his efforts but he refused to take any type of compensation. I am very appreciative with what he did and then refusing compensation. I have nothing but good to say about Adam and his company. I am also very impressed by his business ethics.
