Took $850 for me for a wheel. They had my car for four months never even did the work and kept my $850. Do not recommend in the process of suing this place now.

Please learn from MY MISTAKES!! Eufaula Graphix is a ran by a SCAMMER. Chris Kelley is a Con Artist, a Scammer. He had my car over a month and did a very cheap job, no quality work, lied about parts that were needed. Over charged for parts, and refused to fix the work/lack of that he did. I called the courts to file a lawsuit and the CLERK was like yeah, he has alot of lawsuits filed against him!!...DO NOT USE HE IS A CON ARTIST!!!

I want to walk you through my experience with Eufaula Graphix. I went to them for a full wrap job on my car. When I got it back the wrap was the wrong color and falling off the day after I picked up the car. Also countless things on my car were broken/ missing. About $500 of damage to my car from missing and broken parts. When i talked with them face to face they told me they would fix it and replace the broken pieces. That was 6 months ago. I had to drive an hour and a half to get to the place just so I could talk to someone. They would not respond to any of my phone calls/emails/texts. Very very poor communication. So I visited them about 3-4 times through the 6 month time span and I got the same answer every time. That the wrap would be redone and the parts would be fixed. They still to this day do not return and of my calls. They failed on their word. Please do not use Eufaula Graphix for anything you need. You could probably do it better yourself. Horribly ran. Horrible service. Horrible communication. Now I’m stuck replacing the parts they broke.

This establishment is run by SCAMMERS!!!! I met Chris Kelly through his eBay online business. I ordered from him, and received my package with nothing but TISSUE PAPER in it! Of course the low life he is, denied the whole thing, and pretended he had nothing to do with keeping my $3000!!!

Black People Do Not Take Your Cars/Rims Here They Do Not Like Our Kind And Are Liars. My Fiancé Took His Rims to This Business A Month Ago To Be Wrapped. He Called Several Weeks Before Checking The Status Of His Rims And Was Told They Should Be Done This Day Or That Day. Then When He Would Call On The Day They Told Him His Rims Should Be Ready They Would Push The Date Further Back. He Called Yesterday Just To Be Told They Can No Longer Wrap His Rims.He Went Today To Pick Up His Rims That They Never Attempted To Wrap.Was Told They Would Provide Him With The Material To Wrap The Rims So He Couldn’t Get His Money Back That He Paid Up Front.He Drove 4 Hours To Pick Up His Rims And Was Not Provided With The Correct Amount Of Material.These People Are Crooks!

Before ever having aftermarket work being placed on my truck (i.e lift kit & wheels) I never had any mechanical issues. Later found out that it’s was a VERY poor service that I received with everything. Side rails where bent but that information wasn’t provide all with a list of issues. Breaking down on the side of the road being the biggest. When call to inform owner that these issue were do due to poor service, everything was denied and said to be confirmed with shop mechanics which never occur. I’m a service member and if this would happen to me I’m pretty sure it’ll continue happening. Highly don’t recommend doing business with this shop.
