Our family decided to check out 260 Brewery and quickly after being seated, Ginger came to our table to see if we were hungry and let us know about the items for kids that weren't in the menu. She was super friendly and we were all a little hungry after playing in the snow, so we ordered chips with salsa and queso and some tacos. The food was delicious!! We appreciated how she came to our table to take our orders, deliver our food, check on us, and collect our payment. Super convenient and yummy food - definitely recommend.

I wouldn't spend my money here again. Took me 3 tries and an hour wait to get my single order of tacos. They told me 10 more minutes, sadly for this review the cook was less than apologetic 20 minutes later.

Update:
Line was empty while ordering and I was told they would be right out.
After finishing our drinks, flight sampler, and closing out our tab. I checked in to get any update and was told 10 minutes.
After 20 I went to tell them we were leaving, and they handed me the tacos.

The wait isn't the real issue, I just can't overlook this behavior.

The tacos were undercooked.

Tried the breakfast burritos for the first time today… chorizo, sausage & bacon. All of them were fantastic! Salsa was also fabulous. The hot salsa is actually hot, just like I like it! We will definitely be visiting again soon!

If you are hungry in the White Mountains it is definitely worth your while to find where the Groovy Gringa food truck is serving for the day. The food is always amazing! Everything is super fresh and made to order. With the huge portions and super friendly service you definitely get your moneys worth. She is always adding new things to the menu, and just when you think it can’t get better than this… it does!! A for sure must try!! With limited dining options in the area it is a major bonus to have a place to eat that is always delicious and never disappoints. ?
