I ordered a digital marketing book from gufgtugu publications. i received the order but did not open it because i wanted to return the parcel due to change of mind. i contacted their customer service but they refused to get it back saying they do not have refund policy even though their return policy on their website says that customers can return their order in 1st week if they want to return it for any reason. they are not even responding to my request now. highly disappointed. not recommended.

I am an overseas Pakistani. I came to know about Guftugu Publications from Dr Zeeshan Usmani. I found it an opportunity and placed the ordering of some books to my family members at Pak. Due to Eid vacations and my adress being of Village, little delay happened. Thinking of usual service standard, I contacted the service team. Out of my surprise, the gentleman pr9viding service via WhatsApp not only acknowledge the delay but also provided the alternative options by immediately resending the books to another City adress without waiting that earlier undelivered may receive at their end. This service standard in Pakistani on line market was real pleasant surprise to me. I urge public to use this platform of online resources books

If we check price at different gufhtugu publications social media platforms , in all platform different prices. in products a book show 500 in website it shows 1500 and in app its shows 1200.
