Everyone I worked with was efficient, professional and just outright nice! The first time I spoke with Cynthia Hall I knew that I was in good hands. She called me after business hours to introduce herself and get me the information that I needed to start the process. Even during the tragedy she experienced, she never left a stone unturned when it came to my loan. I will never forget and will always appreciate her weathering her storm and still maintaining to get my loan closed, 15 days early! She is such a strong woman and I pray for an ounce of her tenacity and drive. I did have the pleasure of speaking with Tom Hall once and he was so nice and made me feel confident that I was getting the home that I sought out for. Our time speaking was very minimum, but the conversation I will always remember! I would also like to thank Sonya Murray for all of her hard work and dedication to seeing my loan to the end. Also, Jessica Bloodworth for her assistance as well. As I stated, the entire team was phenomenal, words cannot express my gratitude and I definitely wish them all the best!
